Regent Park is a family friendly residential Planned Unit Development (PUD) made up of seventeen unique subdivisions located in the township of Fort Mill, York County, South Carolina. The original five subdivisions of Sunningdale, Keswick, Wentworth, Cuxhaven Court and Greenbriar were developed by Regent Park Corporation. The remaining 14 subdivisions of Chadwyck, Barclay Woods, Glenridge, Grantham Place, Hampton Estates, Kensington Place, Madison Green, Manor Lake, Pike View, Sheffield Point, The Enclave, The Overlook, Town Square and Woburn Abbey were developed later by a number of different builders and entities.
All nineteen neighborhoods are managed under The Regent Park Community Owners Association’s Bylaws and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Every homeowner should have received a copy of these documents from their Realtor or from their Closing Attorney when they purchased their home. Residents in all neighborhoods should be familiar with the CC&Rs. Eleven of the neighborhoods (Barclay Woods, Glenridge, Grantham Place, Kensington Place, Madison Green, Manor Lake, Pike View, Sheffield Point, The Enclave, Town Square, and Woburn Abbey) are also subjected to their own individual neighborhood CC&Rs in addition to the Regent Park CC&Rs. These neighborhoods may have more restrictive covenants than what is contained in the master association’s CC&Rs.
